The Career Services Office (CSO) invites you to an informative session offered as part of the 'Skill of the Month series' under the Summer Development Programme. This session is designed to introduce students to the growing field of User Experience (UX) Research. It will explore how students from diverse academic backgrounds including social sciences, psychology, business, and design can build a career in UX by leveraging their research and analytical skills.
About the Speaker:
Hira Iqbal, a UX Researcher based in Toronto, Canada and an MGSHSS LUMS ’18 alumna, brings global experience in UX research with a strong focus on human-centered design. In this session, she will share key insights into the fundamentals of UX research, commonly used tools and methods, and practical strategies for building strong portfolios and navigating the job market.
